Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets **Job Title: Business Development Executive** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar industry, with a strong ability to convert leads into long\-term customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and prospecting * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (revenue, volume, and margins) * Maintain and update sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM systems * Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations * Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully * Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities * Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally * Prepare sales reports and performance analysis * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery * Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSSE, and ISO standards **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Achievement of sales and revenue targets * Lead conversion rate * Customer response and satisfaction levels * Accuracy of CRM/ERP data and reporting * Timely completion of assigned tasks * Effective resolution of customer issues **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field * Master’s Degree is an advantage **Experience:** * 6–8 years of experience in sales or business development * Minimum 3–4 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry preferred **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to build and maintain client relationships * Strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills * Results\-oriented with strong organizational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales * Professional sales or business development certifications * Strong industry network and client base **How to Apply** Interested candidates currently available in Qatar are invited to send their updated CV to: **recruitment@asmacsqatar.com.qa** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR13,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
