Key Responsibilities * Supervise on\-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and engineering standards * Interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution * Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC requirements * Support planning, scheduling, and reporting of project activities * Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during construction * Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications * Maintain accurate site documentation and progress reports Skills * Civil or Construction Engineering expertise * Site supervision and project coordination * AutoCAD (reading and basic editing) * Project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) * QA/QC processes in construction * Construction drawings and technical documentation interpretation * Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Quantity estimation and BOQ understanding * Team coordination and communication skills What We’re Looking For * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Experience in construction site supervision or engineering roles * Ability to work in a dynamic, project\-driven environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication and teamwork skills About the Company Mostamreen Engineering is a Qatar\-based engineering and construction company delivering projects across infrastructure and building development.
