Opportunities for professional growth and creative development **Job Title:** Design Coordinator **Company:** Design By Signature LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** Design By Signature LLC is seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Design Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure that all design activities are well\-coordinated, timelines are met, and outputs align with the company’s high\-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met * Act as a liaison between design teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders * Organize project schedules, meetings, and design reviews * Maintain and update project documentation, mood boards, and design files * Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and suppliers for design projects * Ensure all design outputs align with client requirements and brand guidelines * Track project progress and prepare status reports for management * Support budget tracking and procurement processes related to design projects * Assist in quality control and final project delivery **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field * 1–3 years of experience in a design coordination or support role * Strong organizational and project management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in design and productivity tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office) * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of local suppliers and materials in Qatar * Basic understanding of design principles and industry standards * Experience working in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment * Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and creative development * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Exposure to diverse and high\-profile design projects Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
