Lead fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships **Role Summary** The CEO will provide strategic leadership for the real estate development business, overseeing growth, profitability, project delivery, and long\-term business expansion. The role is responsible for guiding the company from land acquisition through development, execution, sales, and post\-delivery performance, while maintaining strong stakeholder and regulatory relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the company’s long\-term vision and growth strategy. * Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery. * Own overall P\&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability. * Lead fundraising, investor relations, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. * Manage sales, marketing, business development, and market expansion initiatives. * Ensure compliance with local laws, zoning rules, permits, and relevant real estate regulations. * Build and lead senior teams across development, finance, operations, legal, sales, and HR. * Represent the company with investors, regulators, government bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. * 10–15\+ years of senior leadership experience in real estate development or a related industry. * Proven track record in large\-scale property development, project execution, and business growth. * Strong financial acumen, including capital allocation, fundraising, and profitability management. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision\-making skills.
