Ensure compliance with project specifications We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and driving continuous improvement across all project phases. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection \& Test Plans (ITP) * Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards * Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors * Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation * Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures * Manage Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality\-related matters * Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for project handover * Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) * Minimum 15\+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC * Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and international standards * Proven experience in quality audits and QMS implementation * ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor certification. * Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR13,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
