Team support and client relationship As part of a strategic **5-year contract representing nearly €80 million in annual business**, Saur is seeking a **Process \& Innovation Engineer** based in Doha. In close collaboration with the Technical Director and Contract Manager, you will lead the development, experimentation, and deployment of innovative solutions addressing the needs of client **Ashghal**. Your mission is to transform innovative ideas and projects into operational, value-creating solutions, with particular focus on large-scale implementation, team adoption, and measurable results. * **Contract:** V.I.E. * **Start Date:** October or November 2026 * **Duration:** 12 months **YOUR DAILY ROLE AT SAUR** **Innovation \& Leadership** * Define and steer the innovation roadmap aligned with client priorities. * Identify, prioritize, and monitor innovative projects (schedule, budget, performance). **Technical Projects** * Lead projects related to: + Urban hydraulics (wastewater, stormwater, reuse of treated water), + Optimization of treatment processes, + Energy efficiency, + Measurement solutions, sensors, and data valorization. **Digital Transformation** * Develop and deploy modeling, artificial intelligence, and digitalization solutions for operations. * Design management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. **Innovation Deployment** * Conduct testing, experimentation, and demonstration phases. * Lead large-scale implementation of selected solutions. * Support operational teams in adoption and ensure expected outcomes. **Client Relationship** * Serve as the primary client contact for innovation-related matters. * Facilitate technical committees and maintain continuous technological monitoring. **YOUR PROFILE** **Education** * Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or specialized Master’s in process engineering, water treatment, hydraulics, environment, or digital applications for infrastructure. **Experience** * Approximately 5 years of experience in water, sanitation, environmental, or infrastructure sectors. * Experience in technical project management and/or innovation. * Experience in digitalization, data, or artificial intelligence is an asset. * International experience would be appreciated. **Skills** * Water and wastewater treatment processes. * Urban hydraulics. * Energy efficiency. * Data analysis and digital tools. * Project management and change leadership. **Qualities** * Innovative mindset and initiative. * Autonomy, rigor, and pragmatism. * Ability to translate ideas into operational solutions. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. * Professional fluency in English. **OUR COMMITMENT** As a committed employer, the Saur Group promotes **diversity** and considers all applications equally based on qualifications.
