Job Title: Event Planner / Wedding Planner Location: Doha, Qatar Company: The 17 Planner About Us The 17 Planner is a luxury wedding and event planning company based in Qatar, specializing in weddings, engagements, henna celebrations, corporate events, and private gatherings. We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Planner to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget. * Plan and coordinate weddings, engagements, henna events, and private celebrations. * Develop event concepts, themes, layouts, and timelines. * Source and manage vendors including florists, photographers, caterers, entertainment, and decorators. * Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentations. * Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown. * Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget. * Manage client communication and provide exceptional customer service. * Monitor event trends and introduce innovative ideas and concepts. * Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning, event planning, or hospitality. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools. * Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. * GCC experience is preferred.
