Job Summary: Full supervision of finishing and fit-out works, ensuring execution quality and effective management of work teams. Key Job Features: 1. Developing leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment **Essential Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works Strong hands-on experience in (gypsum board – painting – flooring – MEP coordination) Proven ability to manage site operations and lead work teams efficiently Strict adherence to schedules and timely project delivery Leadership personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly **Responsibilities:** Managing and fully supervising on-site work progress Ensuring execution quality in accordance with approved specifications and standards Direct coordination with subcontractors and consultants Monitoring work progress and submitting accurate reports to management Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR٧٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On the road
