Oversee design projects for technical excellence and on-schedule completion We are seeking a Technical Architect Coordinator to provide technical authority, design coordination, and team direction across multiple concurrent projects. The role leads architectural deliverables from concept through authority submissions and issue, ensures compliance with Qatar regulations, and drives effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. As a Technical Architect coordinator, you are in charge of managing \& controlling multiple projects’ progress within the company. 2\. Your job is to follow up with teams, review design packages of all projects, and coordinate with different disciplines. You work closely with the Architectural Design team / Seniors and upper management to make sure that the project baselines are achieved. 3\. This job mainly requires broad training, education, and experience in reviewing architectural design, knowledge in engineering and sustainability, creativity, analysis, report writing. 4\. The position reports to MD. 5\. Supervises the preparation, design and presentation of high\-quality design drawings. 6\. Provides high level liaison with different disciplines. 7\. Supervises the preparation of technical design packages through IFC requirements. 8\. Provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects. 9\. Verifies and secures fully coordinated drawings set with no discrepancies between DWG, BOQ \& SPECS. 10\. Shall be held responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on\-schedule completion of design projects within budget in accordance with contractual obligations. 11\. Liaises with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors. 12\. Well\-Known in Local Codes and Regulations specially Lusail / GSAS / QCDD. **Required Qualifications** 13\. Bachelor / Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. 14\. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field of design development \& coordination 15\. Excellent experience in reviewing design packages for large\-scale projects with high skills in analytical Problem\-solving \& time management. 16\. Experience and ability of working on several concurrent projects with various styles and constraints at the same time. 17\. Experience dealing with Qatar based authorities’ approvals. 18\. Proven leadership and delivery ability.
