We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to join our kitchen brigade. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, cold, pastry, or salad). * Prepare and cook healthy menu items according to recipes and nutritional guidelines. * Ensure **portion control and calorie accuracy** for subscription meal plans. * Train and support commis chefs and junior staff. * Maintain hygiene and comply with **HACCP/ISO food safety standards**. * Collaborate with nutritionists to design balanced menus. * Monitor stock rotation and assist with inventory management. **Requirements** * Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts. * 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience (healthy cuisine preferred). * Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. * Leadership skills and attention to detail. * Passion for healthy cooking and nutrition‑driven cuisine.
