Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and permit audits **Job Title: Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator** **Industry:** Oil \& Gas / Pipeline / Construction **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary Fourth Dimension Group is seeking an experienced **Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator** for a major Oil \& Gas project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and controlling the Permit to Work system to ensure all work activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system on site. * Review, issue, and monitor work permits for various construction and maintenance activities. * Ensure all permits comply with company, client, and HSE requirements. * Verify that risk assessments, method statements, and supporting documents are in place before permit issuance. * Coordinate with Operations, Construction, HSE, and Client representatives regarding permit requirements. * Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with permit conditions. * Maintain accurate records of all issued, suspended, and closed permits. * Monitor simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and identify potential conflicts. * Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and permit audits. * Ensure adherence to project safety procedures and Oil \& Gas industry standards. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a PTW Coordinator/Permit Receiver/Permit Controller in Oil \& Gas projects. * Minimum **3 years GCC experience** is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems, Risk Assessment, JSA, and SIMOPS. * Familiarity with refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or Oil \& Gas construction projects. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid passport with at least 1 year validity. * Immediate joiners are preferred. Preferred Qualifications * HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent. * Experience working with major Oil \& Gas clients in the GCC region. * Knowledge of confined space entry, hot work, lifting operations, and isolation procedures.
