




We are looking for a female Receptionist/Admin who is active, energetic, and professional, with strong multitasking abilities to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Job Responsibilities: * Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner * Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls * Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable * Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, deliveries, and couriers * Handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying * Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room calendars * Assisting visitors by providing accurate information and directions * Coordinating with internal departments for visitor access and inquiries Requirements: * 1\-2 years of experience required. * Any Nationality. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Presentable and well\-groomed appearance. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Prior experience preferred. * Must be in Qatar Job Type: Full\-time
