Work with major chiller brands and HVAC systems The Chiller Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all types of chillers (air\-cooled and water\-cooled), HVAC systems, and associated equipment in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. The role ensures optimal system performance and energy efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in chiller maintenance (facility management sector preferred). * Hands\-on experience with major chiller brands (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.). * Knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling cycles, refrigerants, and BMS interfaces. * Certification in HVAC or chiller systems is an advantage. * Familiarity with health and safety standards in building maintenance. **Skills Required:** * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. * Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Physically fit and able to work in varying site conditions. * Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
