We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Facility \& Building Maintenance) The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience in facility maintenance, building systems, and site supervision. Responsibilities include overseeing building maintenance operations, conducting site inspections, and managing repairs of structural elements, plumbing systems, and interior finishes. The role also involves supervising contractors, ensuring proper waterproofing, and maintaining overall facility standards. Applicants must hold a BSc in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance. Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee overall building and facility maintenance operations * Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections * Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems * Supervise tile repairs and replacements (floor and wall) * Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and pumps * Maintain walls, ceilings, doors, locks, and perform minor carpentry works * Ensure proper waterproofing in toilets and wet areas * Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for daily operations **Skills and Qualifications:** * BSc Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 7 years of experience in building/facility maintenance * Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and site supervision * Hands\-on experience in facility management works * Good problem\-solving and coordination skills
