It focuses on large\-scale residential, commercial, and mixed\-use developments in Qatar and internationally, with flagship projects such as Lusail City and major investments across more than 20 countries. **Overview** The IT \& Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving enterprise IT systems. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems run efficiently and support organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** **System Analysis \& Support** Analyze current IT systems and business processes Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Provide Level 2/3 support for business\-critical applications Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors **Systems Integration** Work on integration between platforms (ERP, CRM, document management systems) Ensure data consistency and smooth workflows across systems Support API integrations and middleware solutions **Requirements Gathering** Collaborate with departments (finance, HR, projects) Translate business requirements into technical specifications Document workflows, use cases, and system changes **Implementation \& Testing** Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new implementations Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation Ensure minimal disruption during system rollouts **Security \& Compliance** Ensure systems comply with IT policies and cybersecurity standards Manage user access, roles, and permissions Support audits and risk assessments **Reporting \& Optimization** Generate reports and dashboards for management Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
