Summary: Support and enhance supply chain systems and integrations, acting as a technical bridge between teams, owning configuration, data, reporting, and automation. Highlights: 1. Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. ***Summary*** Support and improve supply chain systems and integrations to enable efficient planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management. Serve as the technical bridge between supply chain teams, IT, and vendors—owning system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation. Key responsibilities * Administer and support supply chain systems (ERP modules, WMS, TMS, APS, EDI platforms, order management, demand planning tools). * Manage integrations and data flows between systems (APIs, EDI, middleware, ETL jobs); troubleshoot sync failures and reconcile transactional discrepancies. * Maintain master data (items, BOMs, suppliers, locations, lead times, unit of measure) and enforce data governance standards. * Configure system parameters, workflows, and user permissions to reflect business processes and controls. * Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for inventory, demand, order fulfillment, supplier performance, and KPIs. * Support testing and deployment of system changes, upgrades, and new modules; create test plans, execute UAT, and coordinate cutovers. * Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, SQL, PowerShell) or RPA tools; create utilities to improve operational efficiency. * Monitor system performance, job schedules, and batch processes; respond to production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis. * Collaborate with supply chain planners, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and finance to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Manage support tickets, prioritize incidents, and provide second‑level technical assistance to users; produce knowledge articles and training materials. * Participate in vendor management: escalate issues, validate fixes, and coordinate support engagements. * Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements; assist with SOX/SOC2/ISO evidence collection as needed. * Track and report on project status, system improvements, and operational metrics; recommend optimizations to reduce cost and lead time. Qualifications * 3\+ years experience in supply chain systems, ERP support, or supply chain IT analysis. * Hands‑on experience with at least one major ERP (SAP, Oracle/EBS, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and familiarity with WMS/TMS/APS or EDI platforms. * Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reconciliation. * Experience with integration technologies (APIs, EDI, middleware, ETL tools) and troubleshooting data flows. * Proficiency with reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and dashboard development. * Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, VBScript, or RPA tools) to streamline processes. * Solid understanding of supply chain concepts: inventory management, MRP/DRP, demand planning, order\-to\-cash, procurement, and logistics. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; attention to data accuracy and detail. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical issues for business users. * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
