Summary: This role involves preparing detailed HVAC and MEP shop drawings, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring designs comply with project standards and regulations. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed HVAC and MEP shop and coordination drawings 2. Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines for efficient designs 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory Requirements: * Prepare detailed HVAC and MEP shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings based on project requirements. * Develop accurate ducting, piping, and mechanical system drawings using AutoCAD/Revit. * Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines to ensure clash\-free and efficient designs. * Revise drawings as per consultant comments, site conditions, and project specifications. * Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, local regulations, and authority requirements. * Support project execution by providing technical drafting assistance and resolving drawing\-related issues. Requirements * Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC/MEP Draftsman in construction or MEP projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Revit/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ducting layouts, piping, and MEP coordination. * Experience in preparing shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and coordination drawings. * Good communication, coordination, and time\-management skills. * Candidates with valid QID and immediate availability will be preferred. Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM 6 working days per week Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
