Ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting-related works **Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor – Lifting \& Rigging** **Location:** Qatar, Al Khor **Job Type:** Permanent **Availability: Immediate Joining Preferred (Within 2 Days to 1 Week)** **Job Overview** We are urgently seeking an experienced **Mechanical Supervisor** with strong **lifting and rigging experience** to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical activities, coordinating site operations, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of lifting\-related works. **Key Requirements** * **B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)** * Minimum **2–5 years of Qatar experience** * Proven experience in **lifting and rigging operations** * Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, and site safety requirements * Certification is not mandatory; however, **practical lifting and rigging expertise is essential** * Strong supervisory, communication, and site coordination skills * **Must be currently based in Qatar** * **Transferable visa mandatory** * **Immediate joiners** will be given **priority** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily mechanical and lifting activities on site * Coordinate manpower, equipment, and work schedules * Ensure lifting operations are executed safely and in accordance with project requirements * Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures * Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams * Report work progress and resolve site\-related issues efficiently **Additional Conditions** * Hiring strictly from within Qatar * Transferable visa required * Permanent position * Immediate joining preferred Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently residing in Qatar, Do you have a transferable visa?
