Job Summary: A Principal Structural Engineer leads the design and structural analysis of buildings and industrial facilities, supervises technical teams to ensure compliance with international standards, and delivers complex engineering solutions. Providing engineering solutions to complex project issues **Principal Structural Engineer** Key Responsibilities: * Leading the design and structural analysis of buildings and industrial facilities. * Reviewing and approving engineering drawings and designs. * Ensuring compliance with international codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, and Eurocodes. * Supervising teams of structural engineers and providing technical guidance. * Performing structural analysis using specialized engineering software. * Coordinating with architectural, mechanical, and electrical (MEP) teams. * Assessing structural risks and ensuring structural safety. * Providing engineering solutions to complex project issues. * Reviewing contracts and technical specifications. * Preparing technical reports for senior management and clients. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 12–20 years of experience in structural engineering. * Experience in large-scale projects (high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure). * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as: * ETABS * SAP2000 * STAAD Pro * Strong knowledge of international codes and standards. Preferred Certifications: * Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent * PMP (an added advantage) * Certifications in advanced structural design Required Skills: * Advanced structural analysis and design. * Technical leadership and supervision. * Solving complex engineering problems. * Managing multidisciplinary teams. * Technical communication with clients and contractors. * Accuracy and attention to detail.
