Ensuring quality control and HSE compliance on site **JOB LOCATION \- DUBAI** **Project Engineer \- Civil \-Highrise building** A leading construction company in the UAE is seeking a qualified and experienced **Project Engineer** to join our team for a prestigious high\-rise building project. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering · **Minimum 8 years of experience in high\-rise building construction / Group of Villas Project** · Experience with main contractors in the UAE or GCC · Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination · Familiar with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and authority approvals · Experience in project documentation, BOQ basics, measurements, and site quantities · Proficient in preparing daily and weekly progress reports · Ability to manage site technical issues and ensure timely resolution · UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be an added advantage **Skills** · Strong knowledge of building construction execution (main contractor scope) · Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC and shop drawings · Planning and monitoring daily and weekly site activities · Effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers · Manpower and material coordination · Monitoring project schedules and progress tracking · Ensuring quality control and HSE compliance on site · Strong communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills **Qualification:** **Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.** **Professional Engineer registration or relevant certifications are an advantage.** **5–10 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.** **Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.** Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR17,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
