Accountable for achieving agreed upon merchandising KPIs **POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Qatar – Doha Company: Nestlé Full\-time **Position Summary** The Merchandising Executive will be responsible to lead on all merchandising activities with the 3rd party merchandising agency and local sales/category teams. **A day in the life of a Merchandising Executive** * Ensure merchandising visits take place as per the route defined. * Ensure IDP is properly updated as per the month priorities. * Follow up on IDP implementation and adherence to the IDP plan. * Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on IDP compliance, learning and actions needed to ensure BIC execution. * Coach and develop the 3rd part merchandising team through constant merchandising training and field visits coaching. * Follow up on OSA % and ensure relevant actions are taken by the relevant team to improve OSA. * Full BDA compliance by ensuring full visibility on BDA implementation, keep track of BDA compliance progress, ensure actions are taken by the relevant team. * Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon merchandising KPIs.
