Understand customer needs and recommend the right sports products, apparel, and equipment. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and fit. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale. Maintain a clean, organized, and well\-stocked sales floor. Assist with merchandising, displays, and seasonal promotions. Stay current on product knowledge, team sports trends, and store promotions. Meet or exceed sales goals and customer service standards. Support inventory tasks, including stocking, receiving, and organizing merchandise. Follow cash handling, loss prevention, and store safety procedures. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic gear. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. Basic math and POS system skills.
