The role includes managing overall restaurant operations, supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, monitoring budgets and inventory, and maintaining smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Candidates should have excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality and F\&B industry.
