Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Platform Subscription Pricing Specialist** to oversee subscription pricing strategies, manage revenue models, and align pricing practices with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust pricing insights that support growth, efficiency, and long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Pricing Strategy**: Develop and implement subscription pricing models tailored to customer segments. * **Revenue Optimization**: Analyze subscription data to maximize profitability and reduce churn. * **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks in pricing structures and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and financial reporting requirements. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of AI\-driven pricing tools, ERP systems, and automation practices. * **Collaboration**: Partner with product, finance, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and subscription growth metrics. * **Reporting**: Prepare detailed pricing and revenue reports for senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * 6\+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in subscription\-based platforms. * Strong knowledge of **subscription pricing frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and pricing analytics tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
