Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes. 3\. Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion. 4\. Work closely with all key stakeholders including business, control, and support to ensure solutions are feasible and effective. 5\. Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities. **Business \& Domain Exposure:** 1\. Apply understanding of HR, Credit, \& OPS 2\.
