Role Overview The **Content Management Developer** will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining content management systems (CMS) that support digital publishing and enterprise workflows. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and customize CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar). * Integrate content management systems with enterprise applications and workflows. * Collaborate with designers and editors to implement user\-friendly interfaces. * Optimize CMS performance, scalability, and security. * Troubleshoot and resolve CMS\-related issues in production environments. * Implement workflows for digital publishing, version control, and content approval. * Maintain documentation and provide training for CMS users. * Stay updated on emerging CMS technologies and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in CMS development and customization. * Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. * Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or other enterprise CMS platforms. * Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud\-based hosting. * Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and responsive design. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, innovation\-driven environment.
