




Summary: This role involves leading ELV system implementation, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing installation, maintenance, and testing of ELV systems. Highlights: 1. Lead ELV system implementation and project coordination 2. Install, modify, repair, maintain, and test ELV systems 3. Collaborate with procurement and manage project schedules Overview of the role: Leading the implementation of ELV systems. Assisting the Technical manager, working along with various internal \& external project stakeholders in delivering the project. The ELV Technical Engineer is responsible for installing, modifying, repairing, maintaining, and Testing ELV System. This includes the system programming, installation \& terminations of devices, testing, overseeing the work of other technicians, surveying work sites, coordinating workflows, provide on the job training to other technicians as needed. MAIN DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES \-Meet with the Techincal manager to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on\-site offices, storage area, communication, personal protective equipment \- Check the drawings and issue to site for construction. \- Prompt update on Site activities \& update to Technical manager. \- Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned supervisors. \- Make sure the right authority approvals as applicable to project i.e. MOI, QCDD, Consultant, Client etc. \- Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material. \- Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule. \- Prepare methods statements, submit them to client’s approval and ensure adherence to the approved statements throughout the project. \- Perform project engineering duties on small to medium sized projects including ELV coordination. \- Attend weekly meetings with the client project team and prepare weekly progress reports. \- Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals. \- Request from estimation engineer, new pricing for approved changes. \- Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources. \- Request inspections for testing and commissioning, and prepare catalogues and O\&M upon obtaining the client approval.
