The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all building services and maintenance activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations and maintenance of all facilities. * Ensure that all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, are functioning efficiently. * Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service contracts. * Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in facilities management or building engineering, preferably in a commercial or retail environment. * Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices. * Excellent organizational and project management skills. * Effective communication and leadership abilities. **Salary and Benefits** * Hourly wage: **45** **\-\*** 90QAR\* (commensurate with experience). * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive environment.
