Essential prior experience with tendering department Hiring for Planning Engineer for permanent roles with one of our clients A leading Qatar contractor is hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for its Proposals / Tendering department \- someone who can own the planning behind multiple live bids across building, infrastructure, fit\-out and refurbishment projects.
