You will be responsible to update cabin log data in TRAX system, scan all work packages into digital archiving system (eDocs) and archive aircraft and work shop records into archives room. As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following: * Responsible for ensure aircraft records are maintained in accordance with regulatory authorities and company requirements. * Update cabin logs data by manually entering data in TRAX. * Ensure availability of all cabin logs for each aircraft by record keeping and monitoring continuity of cabin logs sequence number. * Produce report every two weeks for missing cabin logs for submission to Quality Assurance and archive aircraft records into archive system for easy retrieval and compliance to the aviation regulation requirements. * Scanning of aircraft records in QTR digital archiving system (eDocs system) and ensure all scan records are complete, legible and all data entered is accurate during verification process for easy retrieval of records. * Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. * Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high\-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills.
