Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Senior Architect** to lead design projects, oversee architectural planning, and ensure excellence in execution. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s design philosophy and delivering world\-class projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. * Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client needs and project goals. * Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and quality. * Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s building codes, sustainability standards, and international best practices. * Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and reports for clients and leadership. * Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering creativity and accountability. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum 10\+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of delivering large\-scale projects successfully. * Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.). * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Deep understanding of sustainable design, urban planning, and modern architectural trends. * Professional licensure or certification preferred.
