If you are committed to delivering exceptional guest service and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations at the Front Desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Lead and train the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Oversee check\-in, check\-out, and reservation processes. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role. * **Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with Opera PMS is essential.** * Familiarity with **STPC (Stopover Paid by Carrier) systems is highly preferable.** * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Proficient in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
