Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues **Petratto Machine Operator – Printing Industry** **Full\-Time \| Immediate Hiring** We are looking for an experienced **Petratto Machine Operator** to join our printing and finishing division. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience operating **Petratto folding, gluing, and converting machines** used for packaging and commercial print finishing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and set up **Petratto folding and gluing machines** for various print finishing jobs. * Run jobs related to **boxes, folders, envelopes, packaging items, and specialty finishing work**. * Adjust machine settings for size, fold type, glue application, and production speed. * Monitor production quality and ensure accuracy, alignment, and clean finishing. * Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on the machine. * Troubleshoot issues such as misfeeds, alignment errors, gluing problems, or paper jams. * Coordinate with the production team to meet daily job schedules and deadlines. * Maintain records of daily output, material usage, and machine performance. * Follow safety and quality standards set by the company. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** operating **Petratto machines** or similar folding/gluing equipment. * Strong technical knowledge of print finishing processes. * Ability to read job tickets, production layouts, and finishing specifications. * Good understanding of materials such as paper, board, and packaging substrates. * Physically fit and able to work in a fast\-paced production environment. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Immediate joiners preferred.
