Manage marine staff, including training and workforce planning We are looking for an experienced Marine Base Manager to oversee and manage our daily port and vessel operations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the team handling daily ship and vessel movements * Develop, review, and implement marine operations procedures in compliance with the Port Marine Safety Code and relevant regulations. * Manage marine staff, including duty allocation, training, leave scheduling, and workforce planning. * Support operations during routine and out\-of\-port activities. * Assist in coordinating and managing port incidents and emergency situations. * Perform on\-call duties, including responsibilities related to DPA. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month
