Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and operational teams **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Food \& Beverage business. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fine dining, franchise operations, and the F\&B industry, with proven experience in driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets. * Ensure all branches maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. * Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise standards, food safety, and health regulations. * Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and operational teams. * Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to support business operations. * Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives. * Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement plans. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in F\&B operations, with managerial experience. * Experience in fine dining, franchise operations, and the F\&B industry is a must. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple restaurant outlets and achieve operational targets. * Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, budgeting, and cost control. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Must be locally available in Qatar. * Can join immediately.
