




Summary: Lead comprehensive contract administration, manage contractual risks and negotiations, and provide strategic advice to senior management on commercial strategy and compliance. Advise senior management on contractual obligations and commercial strategy * Lead the administration of all client contracts, subcontracts, supplier agreements, and consultancy agreements. * Review contract documents and identify contractual, commercial, legal, and operational risks. * Develop and implement contract administration procedures, policies, and compliance frameworks. * Manage contractual correspondence, notices, change orders, variations, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. * Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters. * Advise senior management on contractual obligations, risk exposure, dispute avoidance, and commercial strategy. * Monitor project compliance with contract requirements, milestones, deliverables, and statutory obligations. * Support procurement and subcontracting activities, including preparation, review, and negotiation of subcontract agreements. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors to substantiate claims, variations, and commercial entitlements. * Review interim payment applications, cost reports, subcontractor valuations, and final account submissions. * Manage contract close\-out activities, including final account negotiations, warranties, guarantees, and project handover documentation. * Maintain contract registers, risk registers, claims logs, and commercial tracking systems. * Liaise with legal advisors regarding disputes, arbitration, insurance matters, and contractual interpretations. * Support tendering teams during bid preparation by reviewing contract conditions, commercial risks, qualifications, and clarifications. * Ensure proper documentation and record management to protect the company's contractual rights and entitlements. * Provide contractual leadership for Data Center projects, including commissioning, testing, integrated systems testing (IST), performance guarantees, and specialist MEP systems. * Mentor and provide guidance to Contract Administrators, Quantity Surveyors, and project commercial staff. * Participate in executive project reviews and provide contractual and commercial reports to senior management.
