Collaborate with teams for efficient stock management. **About the Role:** We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper with experience in the Food \& Beverage (F\&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, monitoring, and issuing food, beverage, and operational supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper stock control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect incoming food, beverage, and other supplies. * Verify quantities, quality, and expiry dates of delivered items. * Properly store and organize items according to storage and food safety requirements. * Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. * Issue supplies to restaurants, kitchen, and other departments as requested. * Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. * Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation. * Minimize food waste, spoilage, and stock losses. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of storage areas. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Operations teams regarding stock requirements. * Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 2–3 years of Storekeeper experience in the F\&B industry is required. * F\&B experience is a must. * Knowledge of food and beverage inventory management and stock control. * Familiarity with FIFO and proper food storage procedures. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Physically fit and able to handle stock and storage operations. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Must be locally available in Qatar is preferred. * Immediate joiners only.
