This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities * Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time. * Verify warranty coverage and ensure claims comply with manufacturer or company policies. * Review repair orders, invoices, and supporting documentation for claim accuracy. * Communicate with customers, technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues. * Track the status of submitted claims and follow up on pending approvals or payments. * Resolve rejected or disputed warranty claims. * Maintain organized warranty records and documentation. * Prepare reports on warranty claims, reimbursements, and outstanding issues. * Monitor warranty claim trends and identify recurring product or service issues. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturer warranty guidelines. * Assist with warranty audits and maintain confidentiality of records.
