Salary \& Benefits * Competitive salary: QAR 12,000 – QAR 22,000/month (based on experience) * Performance\-based bonuses * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave \+ public holidays * Flexible work setup (hybrid options depending on project) * Learning \& certification support (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.) * Career advancement and international exposure Work Schedule * Standard: 5 days/week * Flexible working hours depending on project requirements * Occasional on\-call rotation (compensated) Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) * Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes * Monitor system performance, uptime, and security * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation * Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance * Collaborate with developers to streamline application deployment * Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards Most In\-Demand Skills * Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud * CI/CD tools and pipeline automation * Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes * Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible * Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell * Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack * Version control: Git * Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2–5\+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps roles * Relevant certifications are a strong advantage but not required * Problem\-solving mindset and ability to work in fast\-paced environments About the Company WEALMD Digital Services is a forward\-thinking technology company delivering innovative digital, cloud, and IT solutions across multiple industries.
