Training and professional development support **Job Title: IT Project Coordinator** **Company:** Starlet\-IT LLC **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Job Summary** Starlet\-IT LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **IT Project Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects from initiation to completion * Coordinate internal resources and third\-party vendors for project execution * Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders * Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and meeting notes * Support risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation processes * Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units * Organize and document project meetings, workshops, and presentations * Ensure adherence to company standards, methodologies, and best practices * Assist in quality assurance and testing coordination when required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar role * Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile or Waterfall) * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Basic technical understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle **Preferred Skills** * PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (a plus) * Experience working in IT service or software development environments * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a dynamic IT environment * Collaborative and innovative workplace culture * Training and professional development support نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
