Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization **IT Support Coordinator** **Gon Informatica LLC – Doha, Qatar** Gon Informatica LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Support Coordinator to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between technical support staff and end\-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and smooth day\-to\-day operations of our IT services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and prioritize IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs) * Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues when necessary * Monitor helpdesk systems, track tickets, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions * Collaborate with IT technicians, system administrators, and external vendors to resolve technical issues * Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems * Prepare regular reports on support performance, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment allocation * Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk coordination, or a similar role * Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of ITIL practices or certification * Experience with enterprise systems and network administration * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization * Professional development and training opportunities If you are passionate about IT support and enjoy coordinating solutions in a fast\-paced environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of Gon Informatica LLC.
