Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **IT Support Coordinator** to oversee IT support operations, manage technical requests, and ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate IT support activities effectively. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate IT support requests and assign tasks to support staff. * Monitor and track IT issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Liaise with vendors and service providers for escalated technical problems. * Maintain accurate records of IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions. * Assist in system installations, configurations, and upgrades. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies. * Prepare reports on IT performance, support activities, and system reliability. * Support training initiatives for staff on IT systems and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in IT support or coordination roles. * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. * Relevant certifications (CompTIA A\+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) are an advantage. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast\-paced environments.
