Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures *We are looking for a* ***Junior Engineer*** *to become part of our team in* ***Doha, Qatar****.* ***Responsibilities:*** * Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales and service teams to maintain efficient operations. * Maintain accurate operational records, databases and documentation. * Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Prepare and verify operational reports, invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements. * Monitor equipment, machinery and inventory records to ensure data accuracy. * Liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to support operational requirements. * Identify operational issues and assist in implementing timely corrective actions. * Provide administrative support for meetings, reports and operational follow\-ups. * Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications and operational manuals. * Track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records to ensure equipment reliability. * Generate periodic reports and provide operational updates to management. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. ***Qualifications and Skills:*** **\- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory**. \- Prior experience in operations or planning within a related field, ideally in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction. \- **1–2 years of mandatory experience** in operations, logistics or office\-based engineering. \- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling. \- Strong organizational and time management abilities. \- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \- Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively. ***\- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC, which is mandatory for joining.*** Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Operations, Logistics, Spare Parts: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred) Work Location: In person
