Role Overview The **Solutions Analyst** will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing effective solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of digital and operational systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology. Key Responsibilities * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. * Design and document solution specifications aligned with company goals. * Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions. * Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of systems. * Provide training and support to end\-users. * Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations. * Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of system design, business process analysis, and IT infrastructure. * Experience with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
