Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized **Technical Support Coordinator** to oversee support operations, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate technical support activities and manage service requests. * Provide first\-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to specialists. * Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. * Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and clients to deliver effective solutions. * Maintain accurate records of support activities, incidents, and resolutions. * Prepare reports for management on support performance and system reliability. * Train staff and clients on technical tools and best practices. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT standards and company policies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in technical support or coordination roles. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support processes. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast\-paced environments. * Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage.
