The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication, managing administrative processes, and supporting strategic business activities in a fast\-paced corporate environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals * Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, management, and external partners * Prepare, review, and maintain business documentation, reports, and presentations * Support project planning, scheduling, and follow\-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables * Assist in procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking * Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items * Monitor business performance metrics and assist in preparing operational reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures * Support business development activities as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or business support roles * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented environment * Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset **Preferred Skills** * Experience in corporate or consulting environments * Familiarity with project management tools * Knowledge of business reporting and KPI tracking **Location** Doha, Qatar نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
