Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Distribution Coordinator** to manage daily distribution operations, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, logistics expertise, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily distribution activities and delivery schedules. * Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and clients to ensure timely shipments. * Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse documentation. * Prepare distribution reports, performance metrics, and compliance records. * Support procurement and sales teams with accurate product and delivery information. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s logistics and safety regulations. * Assist in organizing shipments, logistics planning, and route optimization. * Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in distribution coordination, logistics, or supply chain roles. * Strong knowledge of distribution processes, inventory management, and logistics systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, project\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
