We are seeking a **Learning \& Development Specialist** to design, coordinate, and support training initiatives that enhance employee skills, engagement, and organizational performance. What You'll Do * Design, coordinate, and support learning and development programs. * Conduct training needs assessments and identify development opportunities. * Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources. * Facilitate workshops, professional development sessions, and training programs. * Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives. * Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate learning outcomes. * Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals. * Manage learning schedules, training records, and participant documentation. * Research industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions. * Support onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce development activities. * Prepare reports and metrics related to training participation and performance. * Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Requirements * Experience in learning and development, training coordination, human resources, education, organizational development, or related fields. * Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. * Ability to develop engaging training content and learning materials. * Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. * Experience managing multiple learning initiatives and deadlines. * Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems is beneficial. * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of talent development, employee engagement, or workforce training programs is an advantage. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
