Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. **Job Description:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans. * Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. * Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints. * Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities. * Analyze and report on project costs and financial status. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met. * Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project requirements. * Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. * Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * A supportive and dynamic work environment. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience to oussamas99@yahoo.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
