Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations **Now Hiring: Welding Helper** Location: Qatar We are seeking a hardworking and reliable **Welding Helper** to support our welding and fabrication team. The successful candidate will assist with welding preparation, material handling, grinding, cutting, and other workshop activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Assist welders with the preparation and handling of materials, tools, and equipment. ✔ Perform cleaning, grinding, cutting, and finishing work as instructed. ✔ Support the loading, unloading, lifting, and positioning of metal materials and components. ✔ Assist in measuring, marking, and preparing materials before welding operations. ✔ Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition. ✔ Follow all safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ✔ Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards. ✔ Carry out other related duties assigned by supervisors. **Requirements:** ✔ Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication activities. ✔ Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely. ✔ Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment. ✔ Previous experience in a fabrication workshop or manufacturing facility is preferred. ✔ Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn. ✔ Good understanding of workplace safety practices. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Company\-provided accommodation, transportation, and food allowance (if applicable) * Training and career development opportunities * Safe and professional working environment Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV to **recruitment@amihanhumanresources.com** Work Location: In person
